The Story

Proposal for a user-centered website redesign for an electricity distribution network operator.

Wireframes and low fidelity prototypes have been made in a single sitting following a workshop about user needs.

After an in-depth analysis of the user needs, I’ve decided to reshape the homepage creating a strong wayfinding system. Doing so shifted the main focus of the website to a front-desk approach, helping the final user in reaching their goal streamlining most of the process.

The process focused on users’ objectives and hypotheses to create a list of priorities. These were converted into prototypes and then low fidelity visuals.
After iterating on the process and testing it with real users high-quality responsive visuals were created using the brand guidelines.
